Working Principle
The fume comes from the processing will be sucked into the extractor through the hood, first the fume passes the 1st layer preventer plate which will ramify the fume to avoid residual sparks enter into filter layer directly. Finally, the fume enters the second layer of HEPA filter cartridge for ultimate purification, and HEPA' s filtration efficiency can reach 99.9%. As the filtering precision of the main filter cartridge reaches the indoor emission standard, the filtered clean air can be directly discharged indoor via the vent in the bottom of the extractor.
Product introduction
This extractor can be automatically cleaned and manually cleaned, automatically cleaning is as following:
1. When air pressure difference reach 1500Pa between the interior and exterior of the filter cartridge, the system will implement interval rotation pulse blow cleaning.
2. When the fan stops working, the system will implement rotation pulse blow cleaning for three times.
Smart mobile welding fume extractor has two directional and two rotary polyurethane casters with brake device for easy moving and stationing. It is suitable for the purification of fume and dust generated in all kinds of welding, grinding and other places as well as for collecting rare metal particles and precious material.
Suction arm can be rotated by 360 °and can reach the position flexibly and easily by pulling the handle on the hood and position in the absence of external force. Depending on needs, 3m or 4m flexible suction arms are available. Suction arm uses high temperature resistant, flame retardant and wearable composite material, it will not crack after burning through by spark and has a longer usage life.
