Central High Vacuum Fume Extractor
Central high vacuum fume extractor adopts low noise and high pressure fan, it can meet multi-welding units fume disposal.
This machine adopts integrated design, the structure is compact, the size is small and it saves the space. The electric control system uses PLC and inverter to operate. Adoptingf the imported resistance high temperature composite hose which has smooth inside wall that it reduces the wind drag.
During operation, the harmful fumes enter the fume extractor system through suction pipe. The filtration material near the air inlet within the fume extractor system is stainless steel mesh sintered with PTFE which is one patented product of our company.The pre-filter can intercept big spark particles and the flammable substances and make them fall into the fume extractor below, which greatly elongate the filter cartridge service life.
